Go outside Minnie's Melodyland

Go to the sign to go to Pluto's but turn left just before you go in, then go to the blue corner and the gateway. Now you should be outside of Minnie's Melodyland.

Up to the Sky

To do this cheat go to Loopy Lane and go to the building on the left next to the sign that says Ragtime Dry-Cleaners. On the left corner jump up and walk backwards or else you'll go down. Now you can walk in the sky.
